EFT - a first hand experience!
I attended the last NCA meeting with Andy Hunt on EFT. Before he began he asked if anyone had any experience of EFT. I sat quietly not wanting to speak out. I wasn’t actually sure! It was never discussed. I never asked! But something had occurred during one of my own personal therapy sessions and I had my suspicions!
By the end of the evening my suspicions had been confirmed. I had been EFT’d!
