A great way to end a conference! Don't miss it. You get to laugh and giggle, you get to dance and go back to your childhood. Laughter Yoga is a very powerful and dynamic workout, it moves the energy throughout your body. If you practice laughter yoga on a regular basis you will find that the endorphins which laughter releases improves your immune system.
Laughter helps you dump stress and depression and stimulates the creative side of the brain, leading to clearer thinking. But adults only laugh about 12 times a day and so are missing out on nature's best medicine.
Also in the session will be tips on raising your happiness levels and how you can train your body and mind based on the science of NLP.
