Event Description
A quick introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for beginners.
EFT is a simple procedure involving tapping acupressure points, on the face and body. It quickly and easily resolves disturbances in the emotional system giving quick relief from negative emotions and painful sensations. It looks and sounds a little strange, but it can work in up to 80% of cases, often where nothing else will.
“I was sceptical to start with that the tapping would really work, but I am pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually does, even though it seems like quite a strange thing to do!“
In this session you will get a basic introduction to EFT and the chance to try it out on a variety of issues. No previous experience required.
