Event Description
Among the many challenges for cancer patients is having to attend lots and lots of appointments for consultations or treatment.
One of the ways EFT can be used in helping cancer patients is to help them change anxiety and apprehension into calm resourcefulness. In this session Andy Hunt will demonstrate how you can use EFT to ease the stress of appointments.
This will be an active participation session, you don't need to be a cancer patient but you do need a forthcoming event that you are not looking forward to and would like to feel better about.
You will also need some experience of EFT (Quick Start EFT will be enough)
